ソニーは、「渋谷芸術祭2017」において、11 月5 日（日）に開催される「渋谷シティゲーム～世界最速への挑戦～」に協賛します。このイベントでは、渋谷区ファイヤー通りを陸上トラックに仕立て、世界のトップ義足ランナーや様々なゲストを招致し、一般参加のランナーと共に60mレースの世界記録に挑戦します。
レースにはソニーCSLリサーチャーの遠藤謙の研究に基づき製品化された、株式会社Xiborgの義足を履いたジャリッド・ウォレス選手（世界パラ陸上競技選手権大会2017 200m優勝。 2015、2016年全米選手権チャンピオン）など、世界的に有名なトップ義足ランナーが参加します。遠藤も当日イベントに参加、レースの解説を行う予定です。

Sony is sponsoring the "Shibuya City Games -Challenge the World Record-" to be held on November 5 during the Shibuya Art Festival 2017.
At the event, world's top athletes with prosthesis, including Jarryd Wallace who uses a prosthesis developed by Sony CSL researcher Ken Endo, and Xiborg, Inc. will challenge the world record on the 60m track which will be set up in Shibuya. Ken, himself, will be attending the event on this date.
