世の中は多様化し、ニーズが日々変化しています。今日ある課題が明日もそうであるかはわかりません。よって、技術開発を担う者として技術の進歩性を求めるだけではなく、必要なときに必要な人へタイムリーに技術を届けることを考え実践します。
そして、ソニーCSLが人類・社会に貢献する組織であると人に認識してもらえるように日々取り組みます。

Create technologies needed by people. That's my motto. To this end, I seek to explore fundamental issues through dialogues with people, and to solve such issues by applying the results of Sony CSL's research in my activities.
The world is becoming more diverse and needs are changing every day. I don't know if today's issues will be the same tomorrow. Therefore, as a person in charge of technology development, I not only seek the advancement of technology, but also consider and practice the timely delivery of technology to the people who need it when necessary.
I hope my work will enhance people’s recognition that Sony CSL is an organization that contributes to humanity and society.
